With a career devoted to sleep wellness and mental health, she has become a trusted voice for women navigating the overwhelming demands of midlife, work, and family.

As a woman in this age range herself — and a mom raising twins while running multiple businesses — Dr. Lemke brings a rare combination of clinical expertise and lived experience. She understands firsthand the exhaustion, hormonal shifts, stress, and identity changes that women face, and this deep relatability has allowed her to successfully guide thousands of professional women through the exact struggles she teaches.

Certified as a Sleep Science Coach, she is known for her groundbreaking work reducing both the personal and organizational costs of sleep deprivation. Her innovative program, Drift®, has helped individuals and companies rethink sleep wellness by moving beyond generic “sleep more” advice into scientifically backed daytime strategies that transform nighttime rest.

As Founder and CEO of the Drift® Sleep & Wellness Institute, she delivers high-impact workshops and keynote talks on sleep, stress, burnout, leadership clarity, and whole-person well-being. She partners with major organizations and law firms, bringing a dynamic, relatable style that resonates deeply with high-achieving women balancing demanding careers, caregiving roles, hormonal changes, and emotional overload.
